We regret delay with your service work. We do what we can to get your units back to you as soon as possible, but we have to reopen our service department first in order to complete repairs. Service department will re-open August 5 , and we will be working hard on all your units. In order to catch up with work we won't take any new repairs till future notice (perhaps till August 23)

Dear Customers, please note that our store will be closed on weekends during summer, however please call if you like to arrange weekend or night hour visit !

We specialize in NAD, McIntosh, Onkyo, Denon, Sony, Adcom, Arcam, Unison Research , Thorens, Dual and many others.

Looking for a reliable, local dealer to repair that malfunctioning amplifier, replace a speaker's woofer/tweeter or someone to resurrect that old turntable? Look no further than Q Audio. Need a new phonograph cartridge installed? Is your CD player skipping? Not sure whether to repair or replace? Look no further than Q Audio.

Bring us your items for service anytime during normal business hours and we'll provide you with a repair estimate, normally within 3 business days. A diagnostic fee of $29 per item is payable when you drop it off and is applicable to your approved repair. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable. Services performed are warranted for 90 days parts and labor.
